STORAGE
- fresh ground coffee should be kept
in an airtight container. It can be kept in the fridge but never
in the freezer (this is due to condensation developing within
the packaging every time it is removed from the freezer
causing harm to the contents) whole coffee beans should be kept
in an airtight container.
SHELF
LIFE - ground coffee will last for around two weeks - either
in the fridge or out but needs to be in an airtight container.
Coffee beans will last around three-four weeks in an airtight
container.
GRINDING - there are several types of grind for coffee beans
to suit the different types of coffee making equipment.When buying
ground coffee make sure it is correclty ground for your machine
or plunger.
